Inspired by the legendary sweets of Kovilpatti, this variation uses roughly smashed, premium roasted peanuts blended seamlessly into a rich jaggery syrup. Because the peanuts are crushed, the jaggery permeates every bite, resulting in an incredibly cohesive, melt-in-the-mouth texture that is softer and easier to chew than traditional whole-nut chikkis.
